What are Canva templates?

Canva templates are pre-designed, editable designs that you can customize in Canva. Change the text, colors, fonts, photos, and other elements to make the design your own.

Do I need Canva Pro to use your templates?

No! All of our templates can be used with a free Canva account. You do not need a Canva Pro subscription to access or edit our templates.

How do I access my template after purchasing?

After your purchase, you’ll receive a PDF or email with your template access link. Simply click the link to open your template in Canva and select “Use template” to create your own editable copy.

Can I customize the templates?

Absolutely! Our templates are designed to be easy to personalize in Canva. You can customize:

  • Artwork text: Move, delete, resize, and change the color.
  • All other text: Add, delete, move, and change the font, font size, style, and color.
  • Background: Add, change, or delete the background color and texture.
  • Photos & logos: Upload and add your own photo or logo.
  • QR codes: Add your own QR code to the design.

What Cannot Be Changed

  • Template size and orientation cannot be changed. Please make sure the template size and orientation work for your intended use before purchasing.

Where Can I Print My Template?

Once you've customized your template, you can print it wherever is most convenient for you. Some popular options include:

  • Any local or online printing service of your choice

Simply download your finished design from Canva and upload it to your preferred printing service.

Do I need to download anything?

No! You can edit your templates directly in Canva using your web browser or the Canva mobile app.

Can I use the templates on my phone?

Yes! Our templates can be edited using the Canva app on your phone or tablet. For more detailed designs, you may find it easier to edit them on a computer.

Can I share or resell the templates?

No. Our templates are for your personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, shared, copied, or given away, whether in their original or edited form.

I purchased a template but can't find my access link. What should I do?

Check your inbox as well as your spam, junk, or promotions folder. If you still can't find it, contact us with your order details and we'll be happy to help.

Can I get a refund?

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience a problem with your purchase, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
